The kit comes with all the mounts needed to mount to your dirt bike helmet, mountain bike helmet, or snowmobile helmet. The lithium-ion rechargeable batteries will last for 3 hours with the light running at full power. There are 3 power modes; low, medium & high. The power button on the back will also display the remaining battery power to let you know how much battery life you have left before needing recharged.
